1. Read the text and then write about your daily routine.

MY CONFINEMENT ROUTINE

I get up at seven o'clock and have breakfast. I like milk, orange juice and toast.

Then, I have a shower and get dressed. At half past eight I plan activities online for students. I have a break at a quarter past eleven and help my kids with their homework.

I clean my house and after lunch I read a book. I play games with my family, watch a film together or walk in the garden.

At a quarter to nine, I have dinner and listen to the news. I go to bed at half past ten.

Then, I watch TV, run and play football with my father in the garden.
